An introduction to open and reproducible research
This UiO seminar will introduce the concepts and policies within open research and reproducibility and give an overview over different components of open research. The benefits, challenges and ways of implementing these practices in your own research will also be discussed.
If you have new staff or students who are new to open science, this will be an ideal seminar for them to attend. There are some spots available for those outside UiO so, make sure you register as soon as you can!

How can you make your research data open and FAIR? (March 22nd)
This course consists of two short modules. In the first part participants will get a short introduction to the FAIR-principles and they can make their research data open and FAIR. In the second part participants will be introduced to the UiB Open Research Data archive (Organiser: UiB, Location: Zoom).

New research spotlight: Reproducibility of Published Meta-Analyses on Clinical-Psychological Interventions
A new paper in Advances in Methods and Practices in Psychological Science describes the evaluation of the reproducibility of a sample of meta-analyses published between 2000 and 2020.
Overall, the authors encountered difficulties retrieving the original data underlying meta-analyses and reproducing these analysis. This highlighted the important need for sharing meta-analysis data when reporting results.
